Taken in the 1990s, this photograph shows Murad Alia, who is partially sighted and responsible for cleaning the garden of the House of Hope Association for the Blind and Special Needs in Bethlehem, while he makes hay chairs and boxes, where the Association provided the blind with shelter and psychological services in addition to health and occupational care to enable them to use some traditional industries.
