This document shows a letter from the YMCA Extension Services Unit Program in Jerusalem to the head and members of the administrative committee of the Arab Society for Orphans in Tulkarm, inviting them to attend the graduation ceremony for students of the administrative qualification course for graduates of vocational institutes and industrial schools in the northern West Bank region on15 July 1993.
