Taken in 1982, this photograph shows a delegation from the Scottish municipality of Dundee during a visit to the Society of Inash Al Usra in al-Bireh. Shown in the photograph are Ibrahim at-Tawil, mayor of al-Bireh Municipality, fourth from the right; next to him is the Mayor of Dundee Municipality; then, Samiha Khalil, head of the Society of Inash Al Usra; and Hani Arafat, engineer of the Nablus Municipality.
