Bassam Shakaa in a Visit to Dundee Municipality, 1981
Taken in 1981, this photograph shows Bassam Shakaa; Shakaa's wife, Enaya al-Fassed; their son, Haitham; Hani Arafat, engineer of Nablus Municipality; and Arafat's wife, Widad at-Tabari, in a visit to the Scottish municipality of Dundee city. The visit was to celebrate the twinning between the two cities, Nablus and Dundee, and raising the Palestinian flag in the municipality building of the latter.
