A Letter from Bassam Shakaa to the Governor General of the West Bank, 5 August 1981
Sent on 5 August 1981, this letter was addressed from Bassam Shakaa, mayor of Nablus, to the Governor General of the West Bank regarding the practices of the Israeli Occupation soldiers assigned to keep watch on him during his period under house arrest.
