A Letter from Bassam Shakaa to the Israeli General Commander of the West Bank and Military Governor of Nablus, 1981
Sent in 1981, this letter was addressed from Bassam Shakaa, mayor of Nablus, to the Israeli General Commander of the West Bank and the Military Governor of Nablus, in protest of preventing the citizens from expressing their views, confiscating their identity cards, and detaining some members of the Nablus Municipal City Council.
