Letter from the Director of Social Affairs in Nablus to the Social Affairs Officer/Beit El regarding the social development center's meeting in Salfit. Attached to the letter are the meeting minutes for the social development center’s meeting in Salfit in January of 1983, with the presence of Abdulqader Arafeh, the charity associations inspector, Ahmad Musa, the manager of the social development center, Izzat Abdo, head of the union federation of charity associations, Fathi Al-Shadeed, secretary of the federation, Amina Awwad, Manager of the Salfeet Women Charity, and one of the federation’s members.
