Headed by the logo of First Ramallah Group (Sareyyet Ramallah), this letter is sent by Labib Hishme, the scoutmaster of the Group, to the chairperson of the Jerusalem District doctors to inform him that the Group has prepared six first aid bags and that they are holding a training scout camp.
