Handwritten in 1960, this document shows the minutes of sessions No. 11 and 12, convened by the Salfit Municipal Council on 28 May 1960 and 13 June 1960 respectively. During the session, the Council made several decisions, including raising the water price due to the water crisis in the town and submitting this decision to the Nablus District Provincial Governor for approval.
