Handwritten in 1960, this document shows the minutes of sessions No. 38, 38 and 40, convened by the Salfit Municipal Council during the period from 1 to 17 November 1960. During the session, the Council made several decisions, including holding a popular conference at the Salfit Municipal Hall in support of the speech of Hussein bin Talal, King of Jordan.
