Handwritten on 15 September 1953, this document shows a summon that was addressed by Kamel Ahmad Hassan Odeh to the Salfit Local Council, requesting approval for the opening of two windows overlooking the Council's parking lot to improve his housing conditions, but the Council rejected his request.
