Printed in English, this document shows a letter from Shmuel B'ari, the New Outlook Magazine editor, to Elyas Kusa about the Magazine's forms of membership as they feature only Arabic and Hebrew. Written as a response to Kusa's previous letter in this regard, in which he states that the Magazine's subscribers, Jews and Arabs, both understand English, this letter from B'ari states that the Magazine's subscribers are mostly Jews.
