"Seeking Answers", a Letter from Shmuel B'ari to Elyas Kusa, 1967
Printed in English, this document shows a letter from Shmuel B'ari, the New Outlook Magazine editor, to Elyas Kusa asking him to write in for the Magazine on the tenth anniversary of the establishment of the Magazine. The questions Kusa is asked to answer are as follows: what are the main obstacles to achieving a temporary settlement, the relationship between peace negotiations (1967) and the territories occupied by Israel, the possibilities of cooperation between the Middle East and Israel, national aspirations of Israel and the Arabs, do they contradict or is it possible to reconcile between them and live alongside each other?
