"Benevolent Dictatorship", a Newspaper Clipping from the Jerusalem Post, March 1953
Published on 2 March 1953, this newspaper clipping contains an article by Ilyas Kusa titled, "Benevolent Dictatorship" in which he replies to a claim that Arab minority in Israel has the highest standard of living than any other Arab country in the Middle East, that "they are represented by their own people in the Knesset", and that their governments are corrupt and military-based. Kusa responds that Arabs live as second class citizens, have the Israel Mapai party representing them, and undergo many discriminatory policies. Attached with the clipping is Kusa's original letter of response to the Post.
