"Instructions for Applying for the Return of Family in Israel", a Letter by Ilyas Kusa to the Editor of the Jerusalem Post, August 1949
Addressed by Ilyas Kusa to the Editor of the Jerusalem Post on 10 August 1949, this formal letter was written in regards to the instructions given to Arab fathers applying for the return of family in Israel; Kusa points out that these instructions violate the standards of humanity, and highlights one of the instructions which state that Arab sons above the age of 15 years will not be admitted to Israeli. Attached to the letter is a copy of aforesaid instructions.
