"The Bourguiba Initiative for Peace", a Letter by Elyas Kusa to the Editor of the Jerusalem Post, August 1965
Addressed by Elyas Kusa to the Editor of the Jerusalem Post on 23 August 1966, this formal letter regards his article published in the Post titled, "Bourguiba and the Arab world" in which he points out the insincerity of Bourguiba's initiative for peace. Kusa confirms the aforesaid following the publication of a statement by Bourguiba emphasizing the necessity of uniting the Arab states in the fight against Israel. Kusa adds that Israel is building a peaceful policy with the Arab countries.
