A photograph of Ashtar for Theatre Productions and Training's "Shy Bizaheq" (What a Ho-hum!) in 1998. Adapted by Sameh Hijazy, Walid abu Bakra, and Naṣer Amr from Bertolt Brecht's "Refugee Conversations", the play ran at different venues in Israeli-occupied Palestine, Morrocco, and at the Cairo International Festival for Contemporary and Experimental Theatre. The tragicomedy premiered at Ashtar Theatre, featuring a cast, including Durin Munir, Edwar Moʿallem, Muhammad 'Eid, Shady Zumurd, and Walid Abdulsalam.
