Addressed by Ilyas Kusa to the Israeli Mapai on 6 January 1961, this formal letter discusses the dispute that happened within the Mapai following the declaration of David Ben Gurion's resignation from the Israeli premiership because of the "Lavon Affair." In his letter, Kusa addresses the policy of Ben Gurion's government toward the Arab minorities in Israel and the issue of the Arab-Israel peace.
