A Letter from Sami Hadawi to the Editor of the Newyork Times, 1958

Printed in English, this document features a letter from Sami Hadawi on behalf of The Palestine Arab Refugee Office to the editor of the Newyork Times sent on 12 September 1958 regarding " Plane on  Arab Refugees" published by the Institute for Mediterranean Affairs during the same year which suggests that the Palestinian refugees and Jews shall be given the chance to either choose between returning back to their homelands or live in Arab states as they shall be compensated for the loss of their belongings and the Arab states shall be responsible for part of such compensations from the revenue of oil.  Hadawi, on his behalf, criticizes this study confirming that it lost sight of figuring out areas and borders between Israel and the Arab countries, he also criticizes the act of Arab states being responsible for compensations.
