Printed in English on 17 November 1965, this document a letter from Tawfiq Mʿammar to Elyas Kusa in response to a letter from the latter about different topics including, attempts to form an Arab front in the 1948 Palestinian Occupied Territories since 1956 and thwarting such attempts by the Israeli Communist Party, Kusa's support of boycotting elections, the Land Movement memo sent to the United Nations in 1960, Kusa's support of army recruitment, and establishing a unified Arab newspaper.
