"The Population of Israel by the End of 1963", Statistics from al-Yawm Newspaper, August 1964
A handwritten document on the population of the 1948 Occupied Territory according to statistics that were published in the August 23, 1964 issue of al-Yawm newspaper. The total population number was 2,430,000, 2,155,000 of which were Jews. As for Palestinians, 192,000 were Muslims, 54,000 were Christians, 27,000 were Druze and 2000 of them were other.
