An Introduction Card about Algeria, the Arab World General Directory Mobile Exhibit, 1953-70

Displayed in the Arab World General Directory Mobile Exhibit between 1953 and 1970, this card is inscribed with drawings and information about Algeria: the world map with the Algerian Flag pointing towards Algeria, drawings of Algerian landmarks, including the Sidi M'Cid Bridge in Constantine and the Shaheeds' Square in Algiers, and a general view of the country's port that show European-style buildings which were built during the urban change when Algeria was colonized by the French.
