This document contains the minutes of the 2nd session of the Salfit Village Council held on 13 June 1945. During this meeting, the Council members decided to open a bank account in Nablus to transfer the collection of the animal sales tax to Haj Mohammad as-Sarafandy and his partners Rida abu Samra and Hasan Yusef abu Qidra from Salfit.
