Salfit Village Council, Minutes of Meeting no. 5, 23 June 1947
This document contains the 5th session of the Salfit Village Council held on 23 June 1947. At the session, members of the Council decided to pay loan instalments to the government and start collecting road and works taxes. The output from olive oil was determined at 3000 jars, 100 mils of each jar to be taken as an oil tax. The Council also decided to pay due salaries and wages for workers.
