This document contains the minutes of the 9th session of the Salfit Village Council held on 10 March 1948 and attended by only two members of the council. Therefore, the attendees discussed with the assistant governor of Nablus the reasons for the absence of the remaining members and presented the budget for the new session of 1948-1949.
