Salfit Village Council, Minutes of Meeting no. 23, 27 July 1950

This document contains the minutes of the meeting of the 23rd session of the Salfit Village Council held on 27 July 1950 at which the Council decided to collect the pound tax for owners aged 16 and above, specifically the heads of families. The Council decided to pay 15 fils on water fees for each person, big and small, for the fiscal year 1950-1951 and the remainder of 1949.
