This document contains the minutes of the 52nd session of the Salfit Village Council held 14 October 1951 at which the Council discussed several issues with the presence of the District Director. The Council discussed the rumours and unusual circumstances experienced by the village and decided to penalize all violators of the olive picking laws and those who graze livestock in wooded areas.
