Issued on 12 August 2000, the clipping features a news piece about Ashtar Theatre's production "Min Turab Wa Urjuwan [From Earth and Purple Tree]". Directed by Sawsan Darwazeh from Jordan, the play is considered the first to be based on a myth in which the place is (Palestine) through evoking the spirit and the Canaanite texts that touch on love and war, the revolution of the body and the purity of the soul, shaheeddom and revenge, malpractice and purity found on the Ugarit tablets in northern Syria.
