Printed in Arabic on 15 February 2008, this document shows a clipping from al-Quds Newspaper featuring a news piece the Ashtar Theatre's production "Hakaya Saʿid al-Masʿud [The Tales of Saʿid al-Masʿud]". Written by Wadah Zaqtan, directed by Iman ʾAuon and produced by Ashtar Theatre in cooperation with Tawon Welfare Association and the German Evangelical Church, the play sheds light on drug use in Jerusalem through scenes taking viewers from Jerusalem to Jaffa, while also embodying the grave experiences of Saʿid al-Masʿud. Staged free of charge at schools in Jerusalem, the play featured ʾAdwar Mʿallem, Muhammad ʿid, Raʾed al-ʿiseh, and Fatin Khury as actors.
