Handwritten, this archival item documents the continuation of the diaries of Khalil Sakakini on Friday 12 January 1940, where he mentioned reading the news of the German doctober Kalmen's death at the age of 45, which made Sakakini sad because he was the doctor supervising the operations of his wife Sultana, and in the evening he was visited by Ishaq al-Husseini.
