Handwritten, this archival item documents the diaries of Khalil Sakakini on Monday 22 January 1940, where he mentioned Salim Qreitem, his cousin Mowdea Sakakini's son, and his family visiting them before travelling to the United States of America (USA), going with his sister Milia to the cemetery and spreading flowers, receiving a poem from Nema as-Sabagh lamenting his wife Umm Sari, Shukri Deeb and his family visiting him in the evening and copying his letters to Sultana before marriage.
