The Continuation of the Diaries of Khalil Sakakini, 3 February 1940
Handwritten, this archival item documents the diaries of Khalil Sakakini on Saturday 3 February 1940, where he mentioned trying to work on "ath-Thekra (The Memory)" book at 15:00 to work on, but visitors started coming, reading the last chapter of "Tathir al-Araq Wa Tahtheeb al-Akhlaq" by Ibn Maskoobah with Adel Jaber till 18:00, being visited by his cousin Yousef, Hanna, Yousef and Najib and not having the time to write to Sultana. On the same page, Sakakini wrote his diaries dated Sunday, 4 February 1940, where he mentioned going with his sister Milia and cousin Hanna to the cemetery and spreading flowers, while Sari proceeded them there.
