Handwritten, this archival item documents the continuation of the diaries of Khalil Sakakini on Saturday 1 January 1949, where he mentioned that after they have settled in he and Michelle al-Khouri from Haifa visited Michelle LutfAllah; previously known by Assakakini for 30 years; ever since he used to be the headmaster of al-Ubeidiya school in Cairo, and was one of its board members and two days after their visit, Michelle al-Khouri told Assakakini on behalf of Michelle LutfAllah that he intends to draw him as an Archimandrite and a Metropolitan bishop, and Assakaini rejected his offer.
