Handwritten, this archival item documents the continuation of the diaries of Khalil Sakakini on Thursday, 23 October 1941, mentioning the visit of the Iraqi Consul Jamil Ar-Rawi, telling him that was that the Ministry of Iraq had assigned him to teach Arabic at the Teachers Training Center two years ago when Sultana was on sick, so he apologized, then they moved on to talking about Palestine, that there is a Balfour Declaration and a government that is trying its best in implementing it, so it does not abolish a law or enact another except for the interests of the Jews.
