The Diaries of Khalil Sakakini, 18 June 1946
Handwritten, this archival item documents the diaries of Khalil Sakakini on Tuesday 18 June 1946, where he mentioned Michael Nueimeh coming to Jerusalem and staying at the YMCA, where he gave a lecture titled The Voice of the World, after which, Sakakini and his sister attended a party at the American Consulate. At the bottom of the page, he wrote his diary on Wednesday 19 June 1946, where he documented attending the honouring ceremony of Michael Nueimeh held by Shehadeh Ghusein, the Lebanese Consulate.
