Diaries of Khalil Sakakini, 20 August 1946
Handwritten, this archival item documents the diaries of Khalil Sakakini on Tuesday 20 August 1946, where he mentioned that Sari sent a telegram to Mousa Alami in London regarding his travel to the United States of America (USA), as he received an answer that the job in the USA was no longer available, Sakakini saw that Alami did not like Sari’s telegram or perhaps he was not waiting for him to write to be happy with him, he added that working with Musa Alami is not suitable for Sari, and it ended up being fine, he also wrote about his previous offer to Sari to go to the USA with their own money.
