Handwritten in Arabic on the al-Iqtisad Agenda of 1960 and dated 17 March 1963, this document shows the patient records of Abdel-Fattah Irshaid, including notes, the accounts of regular patients at the clinic in Jenin and the names of patients from Jenin and surrounding areas such as Qabatiya, Silat al-Harithiya, the Jenin Refugee Camp, Kafr Qud and Arraba.
