Issued by the Israeli Transport and Licensing Authority, this document shows the cover of a vehicle license in Hebrew, where it mentions that the licensing of the vehicle is conditioned to a valid driving license and an identification card and that by law 172 (A) of the traffic regulations, it prohibited to renew the licensing for more than 1 year unless the driver's vehicle underwent the required test.
