The Minaret of the Omar Ibn al-Khattab Mosque in the Occupied City of Jerusalem
Taken by Yousef Albina between the 1920s and the 1930s, this photograph shows the minaret of the Omar Ibn al-Khattab Mosque in the occupied city of al-Quds (Jerusalem). It is worth noting that a mosque was built in the 12th century at the place where Omar Ibn al-Khattab prayed when he visited al-Quds (Jerusalem) in 638 Hijri.
