A Photograph of the Stairs Between the 6th and 7th Stage of Via Dolorosa Street in Jerusalem of Old City, by Yousef Albina, the 1920s -30s

Taken by Yousef Albina between the 1920s and the 1930s, this photograph shows the stairs between the 6th and 7th stage of Via Dolorosa Street. It is noteworthy that the Via Dolorosa Street "The path of suffering" is the path that Christ Jesus, peace be upon him, took from his moment of judgment to his crucifixion and execution, as Christians believe. The road has fourteen stages, each stage represents a chapter of the suffering of Christ, peace be upon him.
