The postcard was issued to commemorate the 21st founding anniversary of the Palestinian Popular Struggle Front. The cover is headlined "Six Months..The Intifada: the Key Event ... and the Bewildering Question." At the top of the cover, a statement by Dr Samir Ghaushe is written: "Dr Ghaushe: The Intifada has Decreed its Law"
