A Letter from Hussein Mhanna to His Wife Munira, 1978
This document shows letters sent from Hussein Mhanna to his wife during his arrest in Israeli prisons from April 1978 till July 1978, after refusing to be a member of the Israeli Reserve Army in the October War in 1973, following the Israeli Occupational Forces (IOF) sending his threats of imprisonment since 1973, till they arrested him in April 1978. Sent on 3 June 1978, in this letter he tells her about his feelings in prison and that he feels lost, that he eagerly awaits her letters and asks her to watch out for children from snakes, sends his greetings to his father and her father and mother, and asks her not to care about a bad neighbour reputation. Then he mentions to her some accounts related to the shop and explains to her how to sell the goods.
