A Letter from Umm Salam "Nibal" to Hussein Mhanna, 1978
This document shows letters sent from Umm Salam Nibal to Hussein Mhanna, during his arrest in Israeli prisons from April 1978 till July 1978, after refusing to be a member of the Israeli Reserve Army in the October War in 1973, following the Israeli Occupational Forces (IOF) sending his threats of imprisonment since 1973, till they arrested him in April 1978. Sent on 31 May 1978, where she acquires after his health, tells him not worry for his wife and children, as they visit her daily, then she writes him some anecdotes to lighten his mood, wishes him a speedy release from prison and asks him to answer her letter as soon as he receives it.
