“The Tiberias Settlement Case”, 30 November 1938
Issued in Arabic by the settlement officer of Tiberias on 30 November 1938, this document shows the Tiberias Settlement Case number 225/938 between the plaintiff, the Government of Palestine, the defendant, the Akka Endowment Commissioner in his capacity as the guardian of the Sit Sakina Endowment in Tiberias, and the third person, the Tiberias Municipal Council, which is looking into the ownership of lands located in the district of Tiberias.
