The Arab Nation Fund System, Jerusalem, 1935
Issued by al-Liwa Press in Jerusalem in Arabic, this archival item contains the articles of incorporation of the Arab Nation Fund Limited Company, which is a company limited by guarantee that does not have a capital divided into shares, established under the Companies Law of 1929 issued by the Government of Palestine, which appears on the last page of the document. The item also contains the system of the Arab Nation Fund, which consists of an introduction and a set of articles, as the company was registered on 26 July 1935, and its registration was announced in issue 528 of the Palestinian Gazette on 8 August 1935.
