Taken from 1960 to 1970, this photograph shows a group of patients watching television, supervised by nurses, in the building of the Arab Orthodox Charitable Shelter Society in al-Eizariya. The Charitable Refuge for the Sick and the Paralyzed is part of the projects of the Arab Orthodox Charitable Refuge Association to house disabled women and men, with paralyzed and chronic non-communicable diseases.
