The session of the Agricultural Committee-Salfit No. 62, held on 20 Apr 1990_x000D_ The committee decide to fine 3 farmers for violating the committee's agricultural instructions, they also decide to notify the violators to pay their fines by 23 Apr 1990. They issued a decision to cut off water and electricity services on 24 Apr 1990 if the violators didn't pay their fine by then_x000D_ In addition, the Committee decide to postpone the appointment of guardians for the next session _x000D_
