Land Sale Deed by Abderrahim Bayada to Baheyyeh Hamed, 6 August 1957
Issued on 6 August 1957, this document shows a sale deed for land located within the village of Burqa, owned by Abderrahim Abderrahman Bayada to his wife Baheyyeh Saleh Hussein al-Hamed, as al-Hamed bought the block of land planted with olives in the Ein al-Yamuni area for 70 JDs. The land is bordered by the land of Mahmoud Bzari and Hajj Hamdan from the south, Taher ar-Ragheb's block of land from the west, Rashad al-Fares' land from the north and the public road from the east. The sale deed was held with the consent of both parties, as well as testified by 3 witnesses from the village of Burqa, Jamal ad-Dosuqi, Shaker ad-Dosuqi and Rasem ad-Dosuqi.
