Land Sale Deed by Azizeh Hamdan to Bayer Khalil, Burqa, 20 April 1949
Issued on 20 April 1949, this document shows a sale deed for land located within the village of Burqa, owned by Azizeh al-Hamdan to Bayer Khalil, as Khalil bought a forested smooth block of land of 24 Qirats for the amount of 25 Palestinian pounds. The land is bordered by the land of Sameer Iter from the south, the land of Hussein Mansour from the west, known as Aqtan al-Lomazi, the land of Abdel-Karim al-Lomazi from the north and the land of Omar Shuqeir from the east. The deed was testified by 4 witnesses from the people of the village of Burqa.
