Land Waver Deed by the Children of Khalil Qazaar to Khalil Bayer, Burqa, 11 August 1945
Issued on 2 Ramadan 1364 AH, corresponding to 11 August 1945 AD, this document shows a waver deed for 2 blocks of land located within the village of Burqa, owned by Saleh, Abderrahman, Ahmad and Bayer Khalil Qazaar to Khalil Bayer Khalil Qazaar, as the sons of Khalil Qazaar wavered the fig-planted lands. The first block of land is in the Ein ar-Rushrash area, planted with 8 fig trees and co-owned by Mohammad Qazaar, while the second block of land is located near a well in the village and planted with 1 fig tree. The deed was testified by witnesses from the village of Burqa and stamped with a Mandate stamp.
